MidiDimensionNameSpace is a singleton and cannot be instantiated. Use instead: MidiDimensionNameSpace.instance();

 dim 0 = "duration" 0..8
 dim 1 = "pitch" 0..127
 dim 2 = "velocity" 0..127
 dim 3 = "hold"
